摘要：
This study surveys warranty practices of companies in a variety of manufacturing industries in the United States. Issues that affect the formulation of warranty policies are examined along with the factors that influence the administration of the adopted policies. In order to stay abreast in the industry, warranty policy review and competitive analyses are vital. The study explores factors that have an impact on such issues.
