Research of secondary gel technic to synthesize Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy superconductor

摘要
A new method named secondary gel technic has been devised and applied to synthesize Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy (Bi-2212) superconductor. XRD and FTIR analysis were used to characterize the influence of different gel process on Bi-2212 phase purity. Results revealed that the technic of secondary gel was preferable to intensify the three-dimensional net structure of gel and consequently improved the superconducting phase purity of Bi-2212.
