摘要
In this work we study the Zeeman splitting in induced ballistic ID wires fabricated along two orthogonal crystallographic directions [(2) over bar 3 3] and [0 1 (1) over bar]. Our data shows that the g-factor anisotropy for the high symmetry [0 1 (1) over bar] direction can be explained by the ID confinement only, whereas in the case of [(2) over bar 3 3] direction, the interaction between the ID confinement and crystal anisotropy effects is evident.
