摘要
Relationship to work is one of most important factors of work performance. In research is realationship to work specified by different constructs as organizational commitment, work engagement, organizational citizenship behavior etc. These constructs are frequently used without explanation of its relationship, frequently there is some overlap in their definitions. The aim of the presented paper is to show some complications in this sphere associated with the terms commitment and engagement.
