摘要
Along with the transitional periods of Chinese economic institutions and economic development, a great deal of growing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasing quickly and playing more important role in Chinese economic development. The transitional economy put forward more urgent and strict requirements on entrepreneurial institutional capabilities, strategic capabilities and the sustainable growth of growing SMEs. The strategic entrepreneurial capabilities are institutional capabilities and strategic capabilities of entrepreneur, which are adaptive to the requirements of dominant entrepreneurial capabilities in transitional economy. According to intensity of strategic entrepreneurial capabilities, this paper divides entrepreneurial growth into four types. In the viewpoint of accomplishing enterprise value, the effect mechanisms of transitional economy on the growth of growing SMEs are analyzed. According to the dynamic fit between transitional economy, strategic entrepreneur capabilities and the growing SMEs, effecting types and mechanisms of strategic entrepreneurial capabilities on sustainable growing SMEs in transitional economy are deeply analyzed and lay foundation for the follow-up research.
