摘要
LVdc distribution is very attractive for the integration of photovoltaic power plants and electric vehicle charging stations. The dc connectivity for hybrid grids can be provided by a Smart Transformer (ST), however, an efficient operation can be impaired by its multiple conversion stages. The use of an "interconnected" architecture for the ST allows the connection of multiple isolated ac and dc grids, while its modular structure enables an adaption of configuration for various design objectives. This work proposes two mission profile-based design approaches for a hybrid grids-feeding ST via reconfiguration with the aim of increased system efficiency.
