摘要
Cathode dissolution is a major problem for the life of the molten carbonate fuel cell. This phenomenon is accelerated with high CO2 partial pressure in the cathode gas. Pressurized operation at 44.5 atmospheric pressure was carried out over 1,000 hours with single cell. As a results, the amount of nickel in the matrix is agreed with our empirical equation. But internal shorting caused by nickel dissolution could not be detected over coming the shorting level of nickel precipitation.
