Numerical analysis for free surface using VOF method

摘要
A computer code has been developed for the three-dimensional flows with free surface. This computer code is based on Navier-Stokes equations and free surface is described by volume of fluid (VOF) technique, in which boundary conditions for stress and velocity on free surface and the transfer method of fluid volume are improved. This code is verified through comparing the numerical results with the experimental data of fluid flow in a dam-break problem, the theoretical results of capillary phenomenon, and numerical result of one-dimensional analysis in Tsunami flow in shallow sea.
