摘要：

This paper built the Model of Knowledge Fermenting for project management which was utilized bionic fermentation of biology, analyzed core of organizational learning and knowledge creativity ---- the course of SECI, and revealed their intrinsic factors of SECI. We can clearly see project-interior running of SECI by these factors. By making use of these factors in project, team may strengthen their Knowledge Management and Knowledge innovation in order to improve project management.
