摘要
Experiments with the herbicide diquat were carried out on 170 carps weighing 80-100 g. Five groups were treated with 2 ppm diquat; duration of exposure 12, 24, 48, 96 and 168 h, and another five groups with 59.1 ppm diquat; duration of exposure 12, 24, 48, 96 and 168 h. Changes in protein content and the activities of enzymes AST and ALT were observed in plasma, liver and muscle tissue. In groups treated with 2 ppm diquat, insignificant changes in protein content, AST and ALT activities in plasma, liver and muscle tissue were determined. In groups treated with 59.1 ppm diquat, hypoproteinemia, together with increased AST activity in plasma, liver and muscle tissue, as well as an increase in ALT activity in both plasma and liver parallel to exposure, were observed.
