摘要：
At present, CSR theories attract increasingly wide attention. Whether financial performance of Chinese enterprises will be affected by fulfilling CSR is an important issue worth carefully study. Based on existing literatures, this paper systematically explores the relationship of CSR and corporate financial performance. An empirically analysis is conducted within the framework of relevant stakeholders theory, which proves a positive relationship exists between CSR and corporate financial performance.
