Queueing system with passive servers, BMAP-input of customers and Markovian input of breakdowns

摘要：
The extension of the results (Dudin and Klimenok 1996) and (Klimenok 2000) for the queueing system with passive servers to the case of a BMAP-input of the customers and an MAP-input of breakdowns in an idle state presented. The results can be applied for the performance evaluation of communication networks transmitting high and low priority information flows.
