Hydrodeoxygenation of Sunflower Oil over NiMoS/MoO3-Al2O3 and NiMoS/P2O5-Al2O3 Catalysts

摘要
Molybdenum (MoA) and phosphorus (PA) supports for NiMo sulfide catalysts in the process of hydrodeoxygenation of sunflower oil at the temperature of 380 degrees C, pressure of 4.0 MPa and weight hourly space velocity of 1 h(-1) were studied. Phosphorus modification reduces the support specific surface area and pore volume. Lower liquid yield is observed for PA systems compared to MoA ones due to the decarbonylation/decarboxylation reactions over these catalysts and hydrocarbons formation with an odd number of carbon atoms in the chain.
