IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR INDIVIDUALS TO EXPERIENCE COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS WITH INCREASING AGE. HOWEVER, AEROBIC EXERCISE AND RESISTANCE TRAINING MAY HELP OFFSET THESE DEFICITS.
