Study on evaluating technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises

Technological innovation is the driver of sustainable development and competitive capability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Scientific and reasonable measurement and evaluation can quicken the core competitive capability, which will obtain its favorable position. Firstly, the article describes the situation and trend of the appraisal on the technological innovation performance of SMEs. Secondly, it analysis the points and ways of appraisal for technological innovation performance of SMEs, then finds the problems of appraisal on technological innovation performance of SMEs. This dissertation based on fuzzy integral evaluation method. The article builds up the index system of appraising for technological innovation performance of SMEs. Through the positive analysis of SMEs in the listed enterprise, the article gives some advice on improving technological innovation performance.
