Investigation Study on Innovation Practices of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

This study provides new insights into the innovation activities of SMEs in Chinese emerging market and gain a better understanding of SMEs' innovation practices. Through survey find major external and internal driving factors of SMEs innovation. The external driving factors include market dynamics, government supported, financial resources and academic industry collaborations. The internal driving factors include growth performance, management orientation, organization culture and alliance with other company. Then the paper analyses the barriers of SMEs' innovation activities. At last shows some suggest to support SMEs innovation practices.
