摘要：

To study the genotype and antimicrobial mechanism of ESBLs among E. coli. The strains that produced the ESBLs were tested by the disk diffusion; plasmid spectrum were used to detect the genotype of E. coli. There were 53 isolates producing ESBLs. The number of natural plasmid was 4 to 5, the size is about 2.0-40kp.
