Integrated error model and error checking & separating technology for round inductosyn angle-measuring system

摘要
In order to enhance the accuracy of the round inductosyn angle-measuring system to a great extent, the mechanical and electric integrated error model and error separating technology using composite measurement plan are put forward. Aiming at a 360-pole inductosyn angle-measuring system whose resolution is 0.00002degrees, 40 angle measurement errors of the system are measured by a 23-sided polygon, a 17-sided polygon and an autocollimator, then the least square method is applied in the error separating process, the 1st-4th order harmonic errors caused by mechanical mounting whose elementary period is 2pi rad, and 1st-4th order harmonic errors caused by division circuit whose elementary period is one pitch angle are separated from 40 errors, after that the parts of the harmonic errors are compensated for by the hardware method while others by software method, finally the peak-peak value of the angle measurement error decreased to 0.84" after measuring the inductosyn angle-measuring system once more. The method proposed in this paper can also apply to 100-pole, 180-pole, 720-pole and other arbitrary-pole inductosyn angle-measuring system.
