摘要：
Based on micro-foundation model, this paper theoretically analyzes the industrial management of international trade in China, and deduces the dynamical equation, on which I adopt VAR model to test it. The result proves these: the industrial management of international trade has some perfect improvement mechanism on tern of trade in short term, but has threshold effect in long term; at the meantime, the readjustment impulsion shows immediate deterioration on the output. Gradualism is supported on the way of industrial management readjustment of international trade in China.
