摘要：
After summarized the applied research on logistics industry development of niche theory, the paper used niche theory in logistics industry for the first time based on industry niche theory. The paper proposed the concept of logistics industry niche. It took China as a case to analyze the changes of turnover of freight niche and conclude the rules. Also, It analyzed the factors influencing logistics industry niche changes in China. At last, the paper proposed logistics industry niche construction model in order to provide theory support.
