摘要：
Considering the disadvantages of selecting evaluation index of supplier based on old purchase relation and the importance of selecting optimal supplier to enterprises, this paper studies how AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is applied to supplier evaluation and selection in practical operation. First, the paper analyzes the indispensable effects of supplier for one enterprise in modern time. Second, AHP is introduced. Then, evaluation index system was established. Finally, a case study is carried to verify the validity of this evaluation index system based on AHP and analyze promotions of this system brought to the enterprise.
