摘要
We present experimental results for THz-driven bunch compression of a relativistic electron beam performed at multiple beam energies. Compression is achieved using a shorted parallel plate structure to establish energy exchange between the electron beam and orthogonally propagating THz pulse. We discuss the interaction dynamics and trends in minimum bunch length as a function of beam energy.
