The present study examined the effect of paternalistic leadership and leader-follower relationship on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using the sample of 419 respondents including different levels of managers and employees,we found the following: benevolent and moral leadership have significant effect on OCB; leader-follower relationship also have significant effect on OCB; and leader-follower relationship mediates the relationship between moral leadership and OCB.
