摘要
An atomistic grain boundary sliding model is developed which can account for grain softening in nanocrystalline materials which occurs below a certain critical grain size. This critical grain size represents the change from Hall-Petch dislocation plastic flow to grain boundary sliding at smaller grain sizes.
