摘要：
With the rapid development of China's economy and the maturity of the securities market, the investment value of listed companies has been paid more and more attention, the securities industry has provided investors with more investment channels, and the study of value of listed companies has certain significance. In this paper, the research status of domestic and foreign investment value was analyzed and sorted out; the meaning of investment value of listed companies in securities industry and the concept of EVA were analyzed. On the basis of the entropy method, the factor index system which affected the listed companies of the securities industry was established, and the value of the listed companies was evaluated according to the data results, which made a contribution to the comparative analysis of the value of the listed companies based on the securities investment.
