Analysis on Investment Value of Listed Companies in the Industry of Finance

Industry of finance mainly includes three categories, bank, investment, and insurance. It is a traditional industry of our country and also a developing industry which is closely related to our life. This paper selects 9 indexes that can comprehensively reflect the financial capacity of companies to form a system to evaluate investment value of listed companies, and builds a model of this system. This system is tried on 43 listed companies in the industry of finance. This paper takes the factor analysis and cluster analysis method in SPSS software. The total investment value of each company is calculated and ranked. Finally, this paper properly classifies the companies, and analyzes the result in depth with practice, and draws conclusions that combine quantity and quality of investment value. The conclusions drawn by this paper can be taken as a reference for investors to reduce their investment risk and improve their investment returns.
