摘要：
This paper established a measure across the automotive industry technology index system; adopt DEA model to carry on the empirical analysis of China's automotive industry technology, evaluate the technological leapfrogging effectiveness, and base on the projection analysis in the course of model solution. Put forward specific recommendations for improvement from an empirical analysis.
