摘要
Eliminating separation and viciousness against girl children has been on the global, local, and public plans for more than 10 years. Regardless, young girls keep on being oppressed due to their gender and are presented with many types of savagery. India's legal system guarantees equal rights to all citizens, regardless of gender. However, unequal power relationships between men and women have resulted in abuses of women's reproductive rights. The girl child has frequently been subjected to the most heinous types of discrimination. Many incidences of female feticide have occurred in the country as a result of gender bias, deep-seated preconceptions, and discrimination towards the girl child. With the growth of knowledge and economic prosperity, strong male preference has continued to increase rather than shrink, with the extreme consequence of the eradication of the female child. The advancement of science and technology has aided this trend even further. Modern procedures can now be used to determine the fetus's gender before or after conception. Female feticide has largely replaced female infanticide in most places. One of the most severe violations of the right to life is denying a girl child her right to live. It has been noted, however, that the moral guilt associated with the abortion of a girl child after she is born is not felt in the same way if the fetus is aborted while still in the womb. The current paper will frame issues for conversation at the gathering inside this general system.
