摘要
This paper presents a model to comprehend the operation of a hydrothermal system using the System Dynamics technique and based on the Brazilian interconnected system. From the developed modelling is possible to obtain the decision making consequences in a short term energy price (spot price), considering the decision to use hydroelectric reservoir water immediately or save the hydroelectric potential for the future. In addition, an analysis was carried out of the impact of the different forms of insertion of wind power generation in the dispatch of energy, as well as some tests with possible scenarios of the Affluent Natural Energy.
