摘要
The existing maintainability allocation methods came from the equipments maintainability allocation,which are not suitable for the large complex systems such as warship overall. The paper proposed a task-oriented warship maintainability allocation method, which allocates the warship overall maintainability index from the top to the bottom on the base of explicit maintainability parameters and maintenance tasks. The key point is to determin the associated maintenance task time before allocation.The maintainability parameter inherent availability(Ai) of warship overall is allocated to the maintainability parameter mean time to repair(MTTR) of the equipment step by step. Taking a warship example, the warship overall inherent availability(Ai) is allocated to the system inherent availability(Ai) of electric system firstly,and then transformed into the system MTTR and determine the associated maintenance task time,lastly allocated to the mean time to repair(MTTR) of electric system's equipment.This method provided a new idea for the maintainability allocation and analysis of complex giant systems, which solves a problem of allocating maintainability index of a warship overall to the equipments step by step.
