摘要
The accelerated process of environmental degrada-tion warns of a serious situation in which artificial intelligence (AI) cannot remain on the side-lines. The proposals of Aimee van Wynsbergue and Mark Coeckelbergh on an AI committed to environmental sustainability represent a first step to propose an alternative development of this disruptive technology. How-ever, it is necessary to offer a theoretical foundation to propose a sustainable artificial intelligence (IAS). This foundation can originate in two ethical proposals familiar with responsibility and care. On the one hand, there is the ethics of responsibility of Hans Jonas; and, on the other, Carol Gilligan's ethics of care and that of indigenous peoples, highly sensitive to nature.
