摘要
Hospital process design relates to not only the complexity of patient visit workflow, but also the quality of medical service patients get. From the perspective of information technologies, this paper takes outpatient process as an example. After analyzing the workflow in detail, we propose ways to optimize it. This paper provides detailed work as follows: (1) researching on existent outpatient workflow and identifying problems and cause; (2) analyzing rules and ideas to solve the problems or to optimize the process; (3) proposing measures from IT perspective, and making comparisons between new and existent workflows; (4) giving further suggestions for better application of those measures.
