摘要
This paper studies the variable pole-distance capacitive sensor. Firstly, the structural characteristics and working principle of the sensor's sensitive components are analyzed, and a block diagram of the frequency measurement system is given. Then, according to the parameters of common micro capacitance sensor, a small signal readout circuit is designed, and its feasibility is verified by the simulation software Pspice. Finally, a frequency measurement circuit is designed to output the resonant frequency of the sensor.
