摘要
Elastic deformation molding method is a newly developed aspheric machining technology which can convert complex aspheric surface machining to simple flat surface machining. Two key problems of the machining principle of the new method are analyzed, according to which the corresponding measures are studies and adopted. Then, the complete machining process flow of the new method is established. An aspheric surface machining experiment is carried out based on the machining process flow, and a parabolic surface with a diameter of 45 mm on quartz glass is finished. The profile error of the machined surface is PV 0.68 mu m and the surface roughness is R (a) 0.75 similar to 1.12 nm, which shows that the established machining process flow of the elastic deformation molding method can realize ultra-precision and low-cost machining of aspheric surfaces.
