摘要
Two new cucurbitane-type triterpenoids, 7 beta,23(S)-dimethoxycucurbita-5,24-dien-3 beta-ol (1) and 3 beta-hydroxycucurbita-6,23(425-trien-5 beta,19-olide (2), and two known cucurbitane-type triterpenoids, 7 beta,25-dimethoxycucurbita-5,23(E)-dien-3 beta-ol (3) and karavilagenin D (4), were isolated from the fruit pulp of Momordica charantia. Their structures were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectra (H-1, C-13, COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) as well as EI-MS data.
