摘要：
The advent of the 3G (The 3rd generation of mobile telephony standards) new media era offers great opportunities for modem Chinese mobile phone animation industry. Focusing on the impacts of 3G new media upon modem Chinese mobile phone animation industry and the requirements for the product design of Chinese mobile phone animation, the author conclude and summarize the features and the drawbacks of modem Chinese mobile phone animation in 3G new media era. Aiming at the proposed further improvement plan, the author explores the development road of the modern Chinese mobile phone animation industry in 3G new media era.
