摘要
The budgetary system is one of the most important institutions of the state, the effectiveness of its functioning has a direct impact on the quality of economic growth and on the level of public welfare. The budgetary system allows to regulate economic and social processes in the interests of all members of society. The relevance of the topic is the paramount importance of the budget for the functioning of the national economy, its complexity and multifacetedness. Therefore, some level of inefficiency (dysfunction) of budget expenditures will be present, and it will change dynamically depending on many factors. In addition, for simple numerical values, the actual meaning of the achieved results of budget financing of one or another direction is lost-social, environmental, scientific and technical, and other important for the state as a whole, the results of the country's economic development. In other words, it is necessary to develop a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the budget, which will be more illustrative and convenient for drawing conclusions and recommendations - in broad terms - on adjusting the activities of all state institutions to provide the necessary conditions for stimulating long-term growth.
