摘要：

The authors shows an uncommon pathology, Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma (JNA), with a unusual clinical presentation, and whose treatment needed all the knowledge and technique that only reference centers can offer. Through bibliographical revision they describe the disease and exposes the therapeutical categories to guide the treatment of patients with JNA.
