摘要
Presented in this paper is simulation of semi-infinite dielectric layer heating on the basis of analytical decision obtained and using moving radiator. Numerical example demonstrates, that choosing the speed of radiator moving and microwave power, it is possible to improve thermal field uniformity in dielectric layer. Simulation results are compared with the solution, obtained using finite difference method. In order to create uniform thermal distribution in dielectric layer, we used microwave radiator moving along the dielectric processed. Let us assume that the radiator moves discretely along the dielectric. At modeling we shall assume, that radiator along a dielectric moves discretely, remaining during a small interval of time motionless.
