摘要：
Scientific evaluation method is the premise and foundation of measuring the regional technology innovation performance objectively. Based on choosing the measured indices of the regional technology innovation performance, we analyzed the existed problems of performance measuring method and used the factor analytic method to do the real diagnosis researches. At last we obtained a more reasonable result.
