摘要
2D Ruddlesden-Popper (RP) perovskites are arousing intensive interests in optoelectronic fields with upgrading photoelectric performance and improved stability. Particularly, the merging of 2D RP perovskites and ultrathin flakes towards 2D RP perovskite nanosheets is quite exciting, where quantum confinement dominated photophysical properties will be revealed. Moreover, individual 2D RP perovskite nanosheet has been successfully constructed into miniatured photodetector and demonstrated encouraging photoelectric performance. Herein, we will highlight the latest development on the controlled synthesis, optical properties and miniatured device construction of 2D RP perovskite nanosheets. Significant emphasis will be focused on discussing and comparing the optoelectronic properties of 2D RP perovskite nanosheets with different quantum well layer thickness. Furthermore, chances and challenges toward high performance miniatured photodetectors are discussed in the end of this review.
