Informatization's Impact on Bank's Human Resources: Risk and Opportunity Coexist

At present with the explosive growth of the network financial service, financial informatization has speeded up the transformation of banking industry, it also accelerated the "Financial Disintermediation" pace, increased the bank's management risk, which played a profound impact on the bank employees. This paper first analyzes the influence of informatization on the banking industry, then describes the impact on the demand of bank's human resources and the risk they faced. At last it gives some coping strategies and advices.
