摘要
In order to mitigate the consequence of industrial accidents to the region surrounding major hazard installations, the concept of regional vulnerability surrounding major hazard installations was proposed via analyzing the release and transfer of energy from industrial accidents and the energy bearable threshold of vulnerability targets. Based on systematic classification of vulnerable targets, the factors affecting vulnerability of the region surrounding major hazard installations were analyzed in such aspects: the exposure extent to disaster and damageable property of vulnerable targets. Then vulnerability index system of region surrounding the major hazard installations was constructed and analyzed by AHP.
