摘要
This paper discusses the design and the development of an original information system based on intelligent agent technologies and dedicated to distributed monitoring and early-warning for regional major hazard installations. It describes the work to be carried out in order to achieve and formalize knowledge in the field of distributed monitoring. The multi-agent group model, system architecture, and the communication and cooperation mechanism are proposed. It presents the application and validation of a prototype developed to monitoring two hazard installations.
