Simulating the fourth-order interference phenomenon of anyons with photon pairs

摘要
The generalized Hong-Ou-Mandel interferometer with anyons is studied. Novel interference results different from bosons or fermions are found. An experimental scheme based on linear optics is proposed and realized to simulate the fourth-order interference phenomenon of anyons.
