Doping effect on the optical properties of(PVA: ZNO) nanocomposites

摘要
The optical properties of (pva: zno) nanocomposites were studied and (pva: zno) nanocomposites were prepared using casting method with different concentrations of zinc oxide nanoparticles.By recording the transmittance and absorbance spectrum with a spectrophotometer (UV-VIS) in the range of wavelengths (200-800 nm), With increasing concentrations of zinc oxide nanoparticles, the absorbance, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, refractive index, real and imaginary dielectric constants of (pva: zno) nanocomposites increased. "While the transmittance and energy band gap decreases with increasing the concentration" of zinc oxide nanoparticles. Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
