摘要
As indicated by a series of surveys, mid-level management executives do not exhibit high job satisfaction, and in some firms they are even less satisfied than assembly line workers. The main reasons that we have discovered by research are job pressure, their desire for self-achievement and pursuit for self-actualization. To solve this problem and promote the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, this paper analyzes how to ease job pressure via sound management systems, as well as how to help mid-level executives fulflll self-actualization with understanding of hierarchy of needs and behavior.
