摘要
Five water-soluble polymer-supported transition metal polypyridyl complexes were synthesized from poly(acrylic acid-co-N-vinyl pyrrolidone) with 2-methyl-3-hydroxyl benzaldehyde, o-phenanthroline and metal acetate salts. Infrared spectra (IR), thermo-gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), Inductance Coupling Plasma (ICP) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize these composites and structures. The interaction with DNA was studied by the fluorescent probe and gel electrophoresis methods. The results indicated that these complexes had strong interactions with DNA.
