摘要
Proton events in solar cycles NN 19-22 are studied. It was found, that high proton activity of the cycle N 22 is connected with largest high latitude sunspot groups. Propose that the high proton activity of the cycle N 22 is result of the complicated proper motion of the sunspots in the largest high latitude groups undergo differential relation.
