摘要
A power utility aims to operate its system in a secure manner regardless of the prevailing circumstances. The increased demand for system security during outages, loss of lines and routine maintenance requires alternative strategies. This is the second and final part of a paper presenting a summary of algorithms proposed and applied in order to address this issue. The algorithms described in this part attempt to minimize the cost of curtailed load and/or generation re-allocation by including a load curtailment and/or generation shift functions in the objective or in the constraint.
